He co-hosts the weekly podcast The A to Z Show, which features local and national news, celebrity dirt, odd news, love and relationship advice, worldwide weather and more.

DJ Zax spins at clubs around San Francisco, including Trigger, Cockblock, Big Top, Club Dragon, The End Up, The Café, Club Bootie at DNA Lounge and more. He was a featured DJ at KNGY/Energy 92.7 FM, mixing at station events and live on-air. He also recently worked on the Fernando & Greg Morning Show at KMVQ/Movin 99.7.

Zax has been part of the vibrant San Francisco mash-up scene since 2003. He has created well-known mash-ups and is regularly charted on Club Bootie’s monthly top-10 lists. In 2009, Zax’s creation Believe in Ghosts (Cher vs. Deadmau5) earned regular spins on Energy 92.7 FM.

In 2008, his mix of Touch My Body by Mariah Carey (featuring Fatman Scoop) became the top choice of club DJs and radio jocks alike, receiving spins on WiLD 94.9 in San Francisco and Q102 radio in Philadelphia and quickly became a YouTube hit with 4.5 stars rating from 58 fans and almost 34,000 views. It was also released on a special promotional remix vinyl titled, Best of Touch My Body Remixes.

His 2005 blend of Gwen Stefani’s Hollaback Girl with Cameo’s funk classic Word Up is featured on USA Today’s Pop Culture Blog as a “Sweet find,” and on Sterogum, which touts it “Perfect, brilliant, and infectious.”
